  • Built to a global standard and does not require a transformer for input voltages ranging from 380VAC to 480VACI/O communication speed is improved by as much as 50% for superior work efficiency
  • High path accuracy enables increased precision in trajectory performance independently of motion speed
  • Integrated machine and functional safety for simplified setup

YASKAWA was founded 1915 in Japan. The company has 400,000 installed units worldwide and is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of industrial robots. Within robotics, Yaskawa is an all-round robot company: It product range inlcudes robots to grippers, software, accessories, welding systems and many other product areas.

Robot Example GP7 Series:

The GP7 robot is fast and efficient and thus ideal for high-speed assembly and handling tasks. Within its class, the GP7 offers the highest payload, fastest speed and highest wrist allowable moment. It is controlled with the YRC1000 controller. The GP-series robots offers improved acceleration/deceleration control for all robot positions resulting in overall improved productivity. The robot has a payload of 7 kg and a reach of 927 mm.

How does deployment work?

Why you should program robots with drag&bot

Graphical user interface for every robot – drag&bot

  • SCENARIO DESIGNER – 3D models of the robot cell and the workpieces can be added here to the visualization.

  • BUILDER – Applications can be created from predefined function blocks using drag and drop.

  • WIZARDS – Graphical operating and input aids: Users can adapt function blocks to the specific requirements of their application without expert knowledge.

  • OPERATOR COCKPIT – This is where the created applications are executed. One click takes you back to the builder and you can extend and optimize the application.
