The product range of Nachi robots reaches from 1kg payload up to 1000kg, with reaches between 350mm and 4000mm. Nachi’s MZ-series (1kg – 25kg) is a comprehensive series of universal, flexibly applicable industrial robots with an impressive price-performance ratio. They are characterized by a compact and slim design with a long reach. They are extremely productive thanks to high path speeds. Their high repeatability enables precise handling and exact positioning of a wide variety of workpieces. drag&bot supports all robots of the MZ series with CFD controller.

The Nachi MZ12 with a reach of 1454mm and a payload of up to 12kg is ideally suited for use in CNC machine automation. This is demonstrated on the one hand by its accuracy of up to 0.04mm and its slim design of the arms and joints, which allows the MZ12 to ideally load and unload workpieces through narrow openings and in confined working areas. Furthermore, the robot is protected against liquids, dust, dirt and chips by the protection class IP 67 and is therefore optimally ready for operation in working areas of machine tools, as well as in packaging machines of the food and pharmaceutical industry.
