Conveyor systems for workpiece carriers are used to transport the carriers between processing stations. At the individual stations, the workpiece is removed from the carrier, processed and then placed back on it by the robot. Application example

In the FlexiBowl® parts discharged from the hopper fall onto a surface and are separated by the rotary motion and the pulse generator. With drag&bot the FlexiBowl® can be integrated simply by mouse click, the software acts as a visual, intuitive interface.

The Asyril with its 3-axis vibration technology is suitable for loose parts of all geometries and enables extremely part-friendly feeding.

Automatic screw feeders are important tools for any assembly process that requires a large number of screws. By automating the screwdriving process, manufacturers reduce inefficiency, save time and increase accuracy. Application example
Vibratory bowl feeders are used to transport bulk material gently from bottom to top, sort small parts (e.g. screws, electronic components) and make them available for automatic further processing.
Conveyor belts are usually stationary conveyor systems that are driven by frictional engagement of one or more drive drums. They are frequently used in industry for piece goods and are considered reliable transport systems.

Grids are defined as laid tracks on which both robots and parts grids can travel. The plastic grid in the picture transports and holds parts that are removed, processed and reinserted by robots at various stations.

To remove and insert workpieces, workpieces are fed to the robot on pneumatically movable drawers. Depending on the workpiece height, the robotic cell can be configured with different numbers of drawers. The drawer is often also height-adjustable.

Bin picking, is used to detect unsorted parts from a box using a camera system and to grip them correctly. A 3D camera is recommended for this, which compares images with the CAD file of the parts via a point cloud.
