The CS9 robot controller is the single platform to control all types of Stäubli robots. It comes with a wide range of integrated safety functions, has a compact, modular design and many connection options via real-time Ethernet fieldbus systems. The 6-axis robots of the TX2 series of Stäubli are equipped with compact arms and large work envelopes, which allow maximum utilization of cell workspace. The various mounting options (floor, wall, ceiling) make it easier to integrate the robots into production. Within the TX2 series, six different models are offered, ranging from 2 – 7 kg max. payload and up to a 1450 mm reach.

  • BUILDER – Applications can be created from predefined function blocks using drag and drop.

  • WIZARDS – Graphical operating and input aids: Users can adapt function blocks to the specific requirements of their application without expert knowledge.

  • OPERATOR COCKPIT – This is where the created applications are executed. One click takes you back to the builder and you can extend and optimize the application.
